Underdressed Passenger or Overreacting Airline?
Her outfit aboard a Southwest Airlines plane two months ago first earned her a flight attendant's reprimand and now has sparked a decency debate that may result in a lawsuit. Kyla Ebbert, a blond, shapely 23-year-old San Diego coed who also works shifts at a Hooters restaurant, boarded the flight to Tucson, Ariz., on a one-day round-trip visit to an Arizona doctor's appointment. She had settled into her seat when a flight attendant confronted her about what was later described by the airline as "revealing attire." Just today - in SW England I have seen many ladies wearing considerably less than this person. Are your airline on some sort of crusade. I wore more revealing outfits in the 1960s! I think America needs to get together and come up with a code that is acceptable to everyone!!

Both but now she is threatening to sue. That is absurd.

I think that since the 911 event the airline industry has given too much power to the homo ticket checkers and stewardesses. This even is absolutely based on a ticket checker's personal opinion and actually bordering on harassment.

Is that the exact outfit? WTF? I work at At Airports all the time. There is nothing Underdressed about her or overly revealing. That Vanessa Hugens is Showing a lot more..... As rule of thumb most Filght attendants today look like the lunch room lady. Singapore Air & Le avion are the Exception. British airways is the worst. Southwest losses this lawsuit...

Flight attendants are psychotic. On a flight a few years ago my hand nudged one of them doing the drink tray thing. She acted as if I had molested her, it wasnt even intentional, it was the back of my hand. You know how when you accidentally bump someone you are pretty much whoa sorry buddy etc. It was so much less contact than that I sat in stunned silence. The only airline thing I agree with is if you cant control your kids they are off.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I suggest you get an eye test :-P

Sounds like a clear case of jealousy to me and Southwest needs a lawsuit for giving flight attendants that type of control over passengers.
8 :
I think the people who run Southwest Airlines and the passenger who complained are idiots who behaved like Islamofascists trying to force their morality on others.

What the hell difference does it make what an airline passenger is wearing? Geez...people worry about the wrong damned thing. There was nothing wrong with the outfit that she had on at all. It was probably some out of shape, jealous old heifer that "hated on her"...the airlines took that way too far. It's not that serious.
